Clear Process.
Quality Finish.
Our Process
Renovating doesn’t need to be overwhelming.
We keep things straightforward — clear steps, honest pricing, and smooth delivery from start to finish.
Site Consultation
We meet on-site to walk through your space, discuss what’s working, what’s not, and what you want to achieve. This is where we shape the direction of the project — including layout ideas, goals, and early budget expectations.
Scope, Selections & Quote
We prepare a detailed scope of works and provide a quote. If you already know your finishes — such as tiles, tapware, paint colours, or flooring — we include them in the quote from the start.
If you’re still deciding, we include reasonable allowances for those items. You’re free to choose within those ranges later — if your selections come in under, the total is reduced; if they go over, we adjust the pricing before anything is ordered. No surprises, either way.
Contract Agreement
Once the scope and pricing are confirmed, we issue a contract. Everything’s detailed — inclusions, responsibilities, and timeframes — giving you complete clarity moving forward.
Product Selection Confirmation
With the contract signed and allowances in place, this stage is about locking in your final fixtures, finishes, and materials. Whether you’ve already made your selections or need guidance, we work with your choices and trusted suppliers to finalise everything. All selections are reviewed and signed off before any orders are placed — ensuring accuracy and keeping your project on schedule.
Scheduling & Trade Coordination
A project schedule will be provided to you, we coordinate all trades involved and you’ll receive regular updates throughout the project.
Construction
We carry out the build to the agreed scope, selections, and schedule. Our team manages everything on-site — from quality control and compliance, to safety and clean delivery — while keeping communication open along the way.

Why Project Management Is Worth It
And Always Included
Project management isn’t just admin — it’s what keeps your renovation on track, compliant, and cost-effective.
Experienced oversight helps prevent costly mistakes, keeps trades accountable, and ensures everything is built to code — which directly affects warranty and insurance eligibility down the line.
By managing the process properly from start to finish, we save you time, reduce risk, and make sure the end result is exactly what you paid for. This isn’t an optional extra — it’s built into every quote, because it’s fundamental to getting it done right.
